If you are touched by a living demon and you let him into your psyche, resistance is futile. The only known antidote is Sadhana.

In this time we are presented with…
In this time we are presented with two very clear choices: We can choose hate or not blowing up the world.

Today: We are waiting… – from the I Ching
We are waiting. Dangling in apprehension and anticipation. Purgatory. We are under siege by powers beyond our control.
As we endure the taunts and contempt of and towards our brothers and sisters today, know that the Cosmos is moving toward equilibrium. Extremes are being tempered, excess is beginning to shift toward the empty. We can personally use these changes to affect people modestly and moderately in our near environment. This effect (butterfly) will subtly ripple outward to bring a broader balance and a sustained equilibrium to to the human race . Perfect your own neutrality.

Today: We are blessed with an opportunity… – from the I Ching
We are blessed with an opportunity to resuscitate that which others have abandoned as beyond repair. This ruin wasn’t caused by evil intention, but by indifference to decay. Just by addressing the problem, we gain a new awareness, a fresh perspective. This is a time of recovery, renewal, regeneration.
We can set things right.

Today: Build your temple upon Truth… – from the I Ching
Today: Be aware of how your words and deeds influence… from the I Ching
Be aware of how how your words and deeds influence your brothers and sisters. You can shape their world through temperance and consideration for all. Let the abuse of power by others become apparent and oppressive to those around you. Let there be massive dissent. Though you may feel that you stand alone, your example will appear in sharp contrast and will be noticed. Though seemingly independent, each such point of light will be connected subtly in a revolution of spirit.

Today: True resilience requires a flexibility… from the I Ching
True resilience requires a flexibility that allows adaptation to any adverse condition, while still remaining true to the core. You can maintain your integrity and influence any situation without giving opposing forces anything to resist. Remain constant. Releasing your expectations of others, cast off the resentments and restrictions of judging them, by forgiving them and accepting them as they are. See them as they are, and not what they they can do for you. In this way you can relate with challenging or unfavorable circumstances, allowing them to change without making things worse. This is liberation in adversity.
Today: Be modest… from the I Ching
Be modest, even when correcting the errors of your fellow travelers. Temper extremes, shift excess to empty. Shed personal ambition, shake off the desires and fears of the conscious, visible world around you. Quiet the ego, dwell in the moment.

ALBERT EINSTEIN: THE NEGRO QUESTION (1946)
I am writing as one who has lived among you in America only a little more than ten years. And I am writing seriously and warningly. Many readers may ask:
“What right has he to speak about things which concern us alone, and which no newcomer should touch?”
